Our Apartments are ideal for healthy, active seniors who want to maintain their residence independently.

Serviced include:

  • Safe, secure one-bedroom suite

  • Maintenance free living

  • Access to exceptional amenities, activities, and scheduled outings at most locations

  • No full-time staff on-site

  • Subsidized rent based on your income*

*Not applicable for cottage residences.

Our Housing with Services range from Partial Services for seniors who need a little more support to help them live independently longer, to Memory Care for seniors living with mild to severe memory loss.

    Services include:

    • Safe, secure one-bedroom suite

    • Maintenance free living

    • Home-cooked dinner service included

    • Optional services, including housekeeping, laundry, and additional meals available

    • Access to exceptional amenities, activities, and scheduled outings

    • 24-hour non-medical staff on-site

    • Subsidized rent

  • Our complete retirement living option is great for seniors who need more comprehensive care and services as they continue to live independently in a social setting.

    Services include:

    • Safe, secure one-bedroom or studio suite

    • Maintenance free living

    • Home-cooked meals and snacks served daily

    • Weekly housekeeping

    • Optional assistance with daily living

    • Access to exceptional amenities, activities, and scheduled outings

    • 24-hour non-medical staff on-site

    • Subsidized rent based on your income

  • A partnership between the Green Acres Foundation and AHS, our Housing with Health Care Services ensures that you have the health supports you need for the lifestyle you deserve.

    To qualify, residents must first be assessed and referred by an AHS Home Care Case Manager and meet our eligibility criteria.

    Services include:

    • Safe, secure one-bedroom or bachelor suite

    • Maintenance free living

    • Home-cooked meals and snacks served daily

    • Personal laundry service available

    • Weekly housekeeping

    • Assistance with daily living

    • Access to exceptional amenities, activities and scheduled outings

    • Medication management

    • Personal care and health supports from Health Care Aides and/or Licensed Practical Nurses on a 24-hour basis

  • A partnership between the Green Acres Foundation and AHS, our retirement communities with Memory Care offer safe, secure units and inviting, home-like communal spaces.

    We provide comprehensive care and compassion for seniors with moderate to severe dementia who may have a high risk of wandering.

    To qualify, residents must first be assessed and referred by an AHS Home Care Case Manager and meet our eligibility criteria.

    Services include:

    • Safe, secure studio suite staffed by certified dementia care staff

    • Home-cooked meals and snacks served daily

    • Personal laundry service available

    • Activities and outings designed for seniors with memory impairment

    • Medication management

    • Personal care and health supports from Health Care Aides and/or Licensed Practical Nurses on a 24-hour basis

*Our Housing with Health Care Services and Memory Care require that you first be assessed and referred by an AHS Case Manager. After we have received your referral, please complete our Application for Housing form.
